Away

He looked at me, troubled. But he kept his composure and smiled. Tried to, as he had tried the days before when he got over late to see me. It isn’t fooling me, I know something is broken, something is broken inside him. I wish I could tell him it will all be alright. That I don’t blame them, and I understand.

We went for a walk, and that was a good walk as good as all the walks we ever had. The breeze was soft as feathered throws and with it came a crisp scent of thousand blades of grass. There wasn’t a hint of rush and it did seem as he lingered and waited with me being present. A long walk it was, where words does not matter, just enjoying each other’s presence.

Had a simple snack and then it was time for me to go. A quick hug from them as they alternately packed my stuffs onto the car, that memory lingered on as my legs ascended the car and the smell of this clean car as I looked at them from the outside and away from their separateness.

That was the last time I saw Daddy.

There & Back Again

And so I found myself back to WordPress yet again, I suppose this round should stick. Whereas previously as I remembered I must’ve started an account circa 2010s, and I do remember clearly perhaps there must’ve been at most 2 posts in the old address (which eludes me so darn well like a green snake in a sugar cane field at the moment, although I found my usual  discobala handle had been reserved as I was logging on this account anyway), and so I suppose I should just continue on with this 2nd account from year 2015, which unfortunately was created when I was tied to some jackassed side project I was on then.

  • The reason I am here right now has something to do with my current dependency on this trusty ol’ smartphone; as the bungling (and ever increasing so) little shit shop is taking a month and counting to fix my RedAcer and I’ve been doing what little I had to do ie, creating greeting e-cards, spreadsheets, pages and torrenting among others over Harry’s all-in-one (well, technically it is mine as well, whereas I kinda like gave RedAcer to him somehow; but we kinda like reversed it ever since we’re back here)
Hence, I haven’t been updating ever since then, although I’ve been a bit pre-occupied with a few things in January as well as hitting on a sort of brilliant idea in getting my mom to blog; though that kinda led to my discovery of an alternative workaround of not losing my paragraphs over at Blogger app (thanks to the limited functionality) but someway, somehow, when I finally decided to spare some time to finish that 1 blog on said app; it started to die on me. Like DIE. MORTE. I got a good 3 seconds once it loads before the message “Blogger has stopped working”!
    Putainginamo.
At length I tried re-installing and other searchable methods, but it was to no avail, and the funny thing is, Mom’s app worked fine (I mean, not super fine, it has its flaws; but my workaround of writing on Google Keep before exporting over to Blogger has its moments…but we managed to publish a handful for her blog) throughout my misery, and I just couldn’t hog his computer to blog, until I remembered, heeeeyyyyy I still have a wordpress account somewhere, amiright? and being the golden child (I think so right? 22% powered by WordPress, anybody?) they should have a spanking good app.

I suppose the experience (the app, not anything else) was okay; downloaded it and peruse it pretty okay, interface is alright, colors easy on the eyes, of course with conditioning I should be able to like it, the fact that it works with ease in my opinion it should perform well for me; but I guess my samsung keyboards are acting up on me since I gave up by the 4th (i think) time kept getting disrupted as it ‘smartly’ guessed that I intended the on-screen keyboards to disappear; which resulted in me posting my only blog piece half- finished in my first 5 days, since. I am back no doubt, but this is a different circumstance anyway; Mr RedAcer has been back for 3 days already 😀 power of prayers, hallelujah!

As I am weblogging this on the computer, okay, let’s try this out properly, and hopefully the IFTTT works to auto-publish this on blogger as well. Keep it slow (as always) Kevin
